Jinjin Soora: Keeping it Authentically Korean

We started our meal with the Sundubu Jjigae (Soft Tofu Stew) - a bubbling hot pot of silky soft tofu in a rich, spicy broth. The stew was served piping hot in a stone pot, keeping it warm throughout the meal. The depth of flavour in the broth was impressive, with a perfect balance of spice and umami.

Next, we tried the Korean BBQ - featuring premium cuts of marinated beef and pork belly. The meat was tender and well-seasoned, and grilling it at the table added to the fun dining experience. The accompanying ssamjang (dipping sauce) and fresh lettuce wraps complemented the grilled meats perfectly.

The Japchae (Glass Noodles) was another highlight - sweet potato noodles stir-fried with vegetables and beef in a savoury-sweet sauce. The noodles had a wonderful chewy texture and the dish was well-balanced in flavours.

We also couldn't resist ordering the Kimchi Jjigae - a hearty stew made with aged kimchi, pork, and tofu. The aged kimchi gave the stew a deep, tangy flavour that was incredibly satisfying.

What sets Jinjin Soora apart is the generous banchan spread that comes with every meal. From pickled radish to seasoned bean sprouts, each side dish was carefully prepared and delicious.
